Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payments must be made via [Cash, E-Transfer, Credit Card].
• Non-VIP payments must follow the outlined installment schedule.
• VIP payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• If the Client cancels before services begin, a full refund will be issued.
• If canceled mid-season, the Client agrees to pay for services already rendered.
• If Tree Compass Inc. must cancel the contract, the Client will receive a pro-rated refund.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Tree Compass Inc. will perform services professionally and with care. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to driveways or walkways caused by pre-existing cracks or weaknesses.
